Our warranty covers qualifying repairs — both parts and labor — for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. It’s our promise that the work we do is done right.
A repair shouldn’t be a gamble. We diagnose the real problem, use quality parts, and check our work before your vehicle leaves the shop. If something covered by the warranty fails within the period, bring it back and we’ll make it right.
What’s covered — and what isn’t
Covered
- The specific repair we performed — parts and labor
- Defects in workmanship on covered jobs
- Coverage for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first
- Repair or correction of a verified covered failure
Not covered
- Normal wear & routine maintenance items (filters, fluids, brake pads, etc.)
- Damage from accidents, abuse, neglect or lack of maintenance
- Pre-existing or unrelated problems, and work performed elsewhere
- Parts or repairs declined or marked “as-is” (we’ll always tell you)
